At first - when my clients are told they need to move towards eating a Gluten Free diet they tell me it feels like an overwhelming task where they have to "miss out" on their favourite foods over the treatment program. The purpose of today's post is one example of how to have a family favourite - Pizza - Gluten free. Who doesn't like pizza?
Eating Gluten Free need not be expensive. It doesn't mean you have to buy all gluten free foods from the super-market (although these can be handy at times when you are very short on time). Gluten free simply means eating more home cooked, fresh food. More vegetables, more whole foods, more REAL FOOD.
Cauliflower Pizza base - from www.jessicasepel.com
