Hazelnut bliss balls (Gluten free, dairy free and so easy!)

SELF LOVE I don't know about you but this week has been a little tough. How are you?

How do you look after yourself when it's tough? Do you find when its tough that is when all the good you do for your body stops? Perhaps you start to loose momentum? Hard to see the point? I know that too well. It's ironic though isn't it? After many lessons- I have learnt that when it's tough its actually when you need to ramp up the self love. Double it! How do you nurture yourself when feeling in a funk? Here's what I do (and I'm not saying it's easy- but it's worth it).

 * Green smoothie (non- negotiable) * Yoga and/or meditation daily * Purchase or pick myself flowers * Talk to a wise beautiful friends * Epsom salt bath with Rose essential oil * Early nights and fresh sheets * Watch or swim in the ocean But you know what worked best this time? Putting my music to full and whipping up these delish hazelnut bliss balls. Heaven in your mouth! Hazelnuts are high in magnesium- helpful to relax those muscles and cacao is an aphrodisiac and tastes like a Ferrero Rocher. Yumbo. Seriously. Try it! Takes about 10minutes! Combine 50g of melted coconut oil with 6dates (warmed in hot water to moisten) and 1 cup of ground hazelnuts (or better yet - ground 1/2 cup hazelnuts raw yourself) and 1 heaped tsp of cacao powder. Blitz in food processer and indulge. :)
