Banana, Buckwheat and Cinnamon Chia Pudding
This is the same chia pudding recipe i have posted previously except I have switched the fruit for a banana.
¼ cup chia seeds
½ cup water
½ cup coconut/almond milk
1 tsp. desiccated coconut
3 drops of ‘sweet drops’ stevia –hazelnut
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
OPTIONAL: Buckwheat groats and / or loving Earth Paleo mix
- Combine chia seeds, water, almond/coconut milk desiccated coconut & stevia and soak overnight.
- Once chia seeds has set to a gel like consistency, add to blender with the banana and cinnamon
- Sprinkle some buckwheat groats on the top for some crunch
- Optional: add some loving earth paleo mix to the bottom of the cup/ bowl for some extra protein
